Bega Produce Market


The heartland of our shire and the home of Australia’s most famous cheese, if you’re in or around Bega on a Friday, visit the produce market at Littleton Gardens in the centre of town. The market features fresh seasonal produce plus locally made food and goods. Bega’s market committee have worked tirelessly to encourage the growth of local and regional producers and to promote an understanding of the true value of locally produced goods. This little market with the big heart truly reflects those values.

Candelo Market


Candelo is home to one of the longest running markets on the Sapphire Coast with a strong focus on local and vintage wares and is wonderfully diverse, with stallholders selling everything from food, to plants, clothing, livestock and second-hand goods. Explore the surrounding streets for heritage shopfronts and unique cafes while you’re there.


First Sunday of every month from 8.30am, William Street, Candelo


Tanja Hall Market


Market lovers will embrace the Sapphire Coast’s newest community market, held monthly at the beautiful old Tanja Hall between the towns of Tathra and Bermagui. You'll encounter a wealth of local culinary delights, fresh and preserved, produce from local gardens, local arts and crafts as well as desired secondhand treasures of clothing, books and retro goods.

Bermagui Market


Held monthly at the scenic grounds of Dickinson Park, Bermagui Market is a treasure trove of beautiful handmade and homemade products using local ingredients, and local produce plucked from the rich soils of the Bega Vally. Wandering the markets with a coffee in hand and chatting to the producers is always a monthly highlight for Bermagui locals and visitors!

Bermagui Growers & Markers Market


Market lovers, put this one on your must do list. This has to be one of the most popular places in Bermagui and runs every Thursday come rain, hail or shine. And if you’re not there when the gates open, there’s probably no point. Locals and visitors queue for the best and freshest local produce, offerings from artisan producers and more and trading begins when the official bell rings at 4pm so don’t be late! Expect to find farm-fresh produce, ready-to-heat and ready-to-eat meals, drinks and unique arts and crafts.


Every Thursday 3.30pm from November to April at the Bermagui Country Club.


Cobargo Market


These monthly markets in charming Cobargo include a range of stalls including food, music, plants and much more pop up amongst the wonderful creative businesses all adding to the welcoming Cobargo atmosphere. Take a walk around and you’ll see that the streets give up lots of surprises, with vintage stores and cool little eateries jostling for position with art galleries, craft workshops and of course the heritage buildings that the town is famous for.

Merimbula Seaside Market


This market runs monthly at Ford Park Oval and all year round, locals & visitors enjoy the special setting right between Fishpen and the stunning Main Beach. When you’re done shopping for a wealth of treasures, jewellery, fashion, produce, food and more, take some time to enjoy the children's playground, ocean viewing platforms, BBQ & picnic area and of course the sand between your toes.

Pambula Village Market


This monthly community market is dog-friendly (on-leash), loaded with local produce and stalls offer everything from tea cosies to hand-made baby clothes, home made ice creams, jams, pickles & cakes, seedlings to full grown plants, vintage jewellery, bric-a-brac and clothing. From the market’s location it’s just a short stroll into the centre of historic Pambula Village or a 5 minute drive to the iconic Pambula Beach.

Eden Community Market


Locals describe the Eden Community Market as “the friendliest little market ever, full of great food, great music & great stuff." Explore a range of stalls - books, bric a brac, jams and preserves, plus plants, veggies, other produce, and a multitude of crafts. The Community Pantry is also open on market days from 10am – 12pm for pantry staples and treats.

Nethercote Produce Market


Nethercote Produce Market only runs four times a year but if you’re a foodie its worth timing your visit for when it’s on. Cheese made with Mystery Bay kelp, the freshest breads, seasonal vegetables and jars and jars of local jams, mustards and relishes are just some of what you’ll find at this quintessential country market. All fruit and vegetables are produced by local growers whose gardens range from single beds to flourishing orchards and whose supply can be half a bucket of lemons and three sprigs of mint or 300 avocados. Gardeners pick their produce the night before or early that morning, bring their wares to market and sell to the communal stall. Just wonderful.

Wyndham Village Market


This friendly market is held monthly in the heart of Wyndham, a gorgeous country village around 30 minutes inland from Pambula. Stallholders offer locally grown and produced goods, many of which are organic. Also on offer are preserves, essential oils and lavender products as well as items made with love including beautiful jewellery, baby wear, creative cards and art. There's always quality collectables, pre-loved goods, books and a selection of tools and rustic bits and pieces as well. Various local community groups alternate in providing catering from the hall kitchen, each offering their own unique style and the crowds are kept well entertained by roving buskers and musicians.
