The Feminine Flow: An Embodied River Journey of Kayaking, Meditation, Breathwork and Sacred Connection
A journey of shakti ; divine feminine energy embodied through flowing with the river , receiving and remembering your natural hum and power .
You'll begin at the Pambula River mouth with a grounding breath practice before setting off on our kayaks, arriving into the body and the sweetness of the moment .
Gliding effortlessly with the tide, this one-way paddle is crafted for ultimate relaxation and peaceful drifting through the pristine waters of Beowa National Park. Guided by Navigate Expeditions alongside Kyla, you'll paddle in grace, take in the abundant local wildlife, and let the river carry us.
Along the way, you will pull up to a private beach for tea and luxe refreshments followed by a practice with Kyla of ripe; to shift and harmonise our energy — through feminine breathwork, Kundalini Kriya, expansive meditation and restful Yoga Nidra meditation.
With the river as your muse, your edges will soften as we come to feel held by the womb of the earth. You'll finish your journey at Broadwater, where a transfer will be waiting to take you back to your vehicles at the river mouth.
