Lion's Mane Unlocked Workshop - Fungi Feastival

This workshop is perfect for complete beginners interested in cultivating Lion's Mane at home. You'll also get hands-on experience by creating your own lion's mane kit on the day, which you can take home to kickstart your growing journey. Taught by Mickey and Amy Pascoe with extensive experience, participants will leave feeling confident and equipped with practical knowledge to successfully grow Lion's Mane mushrooms.

Who is this workshop for? First-time growers and complete beginners aged 12 and up.

What will you learn? You will learn what Lion's Mane mushrooms are and explore the Hericium family of mushrooms and their unique properties. We will discuss current research on the health benefits of Lion's Mane and how to access the benefits of Lion's Mane mushrooms along with the different methods of extraction. You will discover the easiest, low-tech methods to grow Lion's Mane mushrooms at home and create your own Lion's Mane grow bag to take home.
