Nullica River Mouth – Eden
A few kilometres south of Eden, the Nullica River Mouth provides a safe swimming spot for the kids. The estuary opens onto Boydtown Beach and Twofold Bay, with small waves (if any) and generally rip free. The flat white sands are perfect for beach cricket at low tide.
Walk along Boydtown Beach (Beermuna) to the Seahorse Inn for lunch (around 3.5km return), or choose a shady picnic table to set up your day camp.
Fishers often work the sand flats at low tide to collect nippers to use for bait.
From Eden, head south on the Princes Highway for 6 kilometres, then turn left onto Nullica Mouth Road. There are several parking bays, and a turning area at the end.
