Aragunnu Lookout

A nature walk, with local history included
Aragunnu, Mimosa Rocks National park.
Walk-in | wheelchair friendly | camping | Aboriginal heritage | shipwreck

More than just a great whale watching spot, Aragunnu Walking Track shows you a little of our Aboriginal heritage in the beautiful setting of Mimosa Rocks National Park. It’s also the site of the shipwreck Mimosa, a paddle steamer that ran aground in 1863.

The walk is less than 1 kilometre return, making it great for children, and is wheel chair accessible.
