EAT Merimbula is a premium foodie providore event held on the foreshore of Fishpen Merimbula, overlooking pristine waters and working oyster leases.
The event features local chefs and restaurateurs gathering in a market style setting to create bespoke dishes featuring local produce. In 2019, local offerings included tempters like steamed pork bao buns, slow cooked brisket, craft beer & local wine, oyster harvested only metres away, Eden Mussel pies, 12 hr fermented artisan donuts and more.
The event will enter it’s eighth year in 2020, with growing demand from visitors seeing more and more vendors participating each year. Road closures will create a refreshed layout and more elbow-room for guests and the event is free to enter.
