During your cruise on-board True Blue you will see various historical buildings which bear testament to the huge whaling and fishing industry that the area was founded on. Thirty whaling boats operated from Twofold Bay in the mid 1800's and many legacies of this industry are evident in the area. Boyd's Tower, which was built as a lookout for the whalers to spot their potential catch, still stands, as does the Seahorse Inn and the Old Davidson Whaling Station. You will also view the property locally know as Edrom Lodge and hear the tale of its interesting and varied history. Nature lovers will be catered for, as we sight Dolphins, Seals and a variety of marine and birdlife on the cruise.
