Visit its heritage centre a faithful reproduction of one of the first buildings to be constructed on the Bega Cheese site in 1899. You'll see how the early farmers lived, worked and transported their wares. And view the cheese making process with your local guide – history of dairying in the Bega Valley. What better way to end your tour of the Bega Cheese factory than a trip to the local winery. Here you will be able to taste the local wines and enjoy a BBQ lunch at the Winery restaurant. |
